Dr. Roberta Krauss has worked with children, families, and schools for nearly twenty five years, in Early Intervention programs, the public school system, and in private practice. She currently works with families at the Bryn Mawr College Child Study Institute, 610-526-5900.
She completed the doctoral program in School Psychology, along with the Early Childhood Specialization Program, at Temple University, a program approved by the American Psychological Association. She has been a certified school psychologist by the Pennsylvania Department of Education since 1994 and has been a licensed psychologist by the state of Pennsylvania since 1999. She is also a certified Lifestyle Meditation teacher.
She has been involved in the Pennsylvania Branch of the International Dyslexia Association and has given talks at local schools and colleges on topics such as reading readiness, reading development, the importance of play in child development, and mindfulness.
